Warranty policy - all our tubs are guaranteed.  See below for details:

Cedar Hot tubs: Material defects and workmanship - 2 year limited warranty.  Heating equipment malfunction - 2 year limited warranty. Tub covers are have a limited 4 year warranty.  This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, lack of maintenance, or freezing.

Wooden rectangular ofuros:  3 year limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship.

Acrylic and Polymer tubs by Neptune:  ACRYLIC SHELL: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

SYSTEMS: Limited 10-year warranty (parts and labor) against manufacturing defects; jets, pipes, fittings, electronic control pads, pumps, inline heaters, blowers, black box, remote controls, ozonator, wiring, etc. and leaks related to manufacturing defects. Limited 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects related to colored jet trims inside the bathtub.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellations made after shipment are subject to all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. For custom work we require a 50% deposit to begin work. If a custom order is cancelled before work is started on the tub, we will refund the full amount minus any parts ordered or expenses incurred on the customers behalf. If the custom order is cancelled after work has begun on the tub, the 50% deposit is not refunded.

Return policy:  Tubs that have not been installed or used can can be returned within 60 days, subject to all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee.  Tubs that have been installed and used are not returnable.
