Natural Cedar Wooden Hot Tubs
SeaOtter WoodWorks builds the finest quality traditional natural wood hot tubs and Japanese bathtubs.
Our natural wooden cedar hot tubs are a pleasure to use and a beautiful addition to your landscape. They are a quiet, soothing refuge from the increasingly frantic pace of life. Wooden hot tubs blend perfectly with the natural surroundings, fit nicely on a deck, or can be installed indoors. Our cedar tubs are made one at a time with expert care in a small shop in picturesque Haines, Alaska. They hold water faithfully just like a traditional wooden boat without relying on expensive plastics, acrylics, or fiberglass.
A natural cedar wood hot tub can be used as a simple quiet soaking tub or as deluxe jetted tub. Either way, natural wooden tubs offer a clear alternative to high-priced plastic spas. Don't you have enough plastic in your life?
Our cedar wood hot tubs are available in circular and elliptical shapes and in several sizes. We specialize in custom work as well. With our selection of simple and modern heating systems we can put together the perfect wood hot tub system for your situation. We make the best quality cedar tubs available anywhere. The sides (staves) of our tubs are curved inside and out to make a true circle or ellipse. We use an innovative cove & bead connection between staves that is both beautiful and reliable. When you purchase from us you get the personal service of a small company plus a better value because you are buying a hand-built product directly from the craftsmen who build them. We ship our tubs worldwide.

Alaska wooden tub featured in Architectural Digest
Jennifer Aniston's Beverly Hills' home is this month's cover for the prestigious Architectural Digest magazine, but her choice to replace the "his" section of her double bathroom with a custom tub built in Haines, Alaska is getting top billing. The magazine highlights that, "No longer finding the need for the original his-and-hers
baths, Aniston has turned the 'his' into a spa bath with a soaking tub" built by SeaOtter WoodWorks of Haines, Alaska. SeaOtter WoodWorks crafted the beautiful tub with the famous Hinoki wood that is traditional for Japanese tubs.
